This was a really fun, well-written show with just the right amount of camp. There were some very funny lines, and while the basic plot was (understandably) a bit predictable, the way it unfolded never ceased to entertain and always resisted stale formula.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing that I thought might need some adjustment if the play was ever to be performed (at least in a Public LAB performance! please!) was probably not a function of the text; the pace was sometimes too fast to catch what the characters were saying, and with rich, quotable writing, we want to hear every word!
