Wow! This is a terrific, really fun play. It's packed with themes I usually loathe (sick/dying parents, hospitals, a wedding), but the writing is so funny and entertaining that I was totally sucked in, and I really cared about the characters.
ReplyDeleteAlso, the quality of the Barn Series actors is seriously spoiling me for other theater. Seeing Deirdre O'Connell play two wildly different characters in a week was a case study in how it should be done.
